Customers are reminded that the prices of the apartments include all additional expenses, electricity, gas, heating, condominium cleaning and water, change of bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) once a week. Anything not specified is excluded. Pets are not allowed in the structure. The delivery of the keys is carried out from 12.30 to 19.00 every day. Payments must be made in full upon arrival. The apartment must be vacated in the morning by 10.00. The person (s) who will occupy the apartment must all be declared with a valid document for the Italian state.
Apartments complete with dishes, microwave, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, independent heating, wi-fi, independent entrance.
PAYMENTS

The prices of the apartments are per day and include 10% deductible VAT.
